Meet Ellie Hill

Ellie Hill is a dedicated and experienced fitness professional with nearly 20 years in the industry. A canfitpro certified personal trainer and fitness instructor, as well as a certified Riverdale Pilates instructor, Ellie is passionate about helping clients of all levels achieve their health and wellness goals.

Specializing in women’s health, Ellie has earned certifications as a menopause coach and pelvic floor health specialist. She focuses on guiding women through the unique challenges of menopause, implementing personalized lifestyle changes to improve overall well-being. As a pelvic floor health specialist, Ellie utilizes targeted exercises, active release techniques, and breathing practices to enhance pelvic floor function, prevent prolapse and incontinence, and improve quality of life. She works closely with pelvic floor physiotherapists to ensure the best outcomes for her clients.

Ellie’s approach is built on the belief that each client deserves a fitness program tailored to their individual needs. She is committed to teaching proper exercise techniques and encouraging clients to listen to their bodies, helping them recognize what they need to thrive and achieve lasting results.

I first met Ellie when she was a fitness trainer at a gym about 5 years ago. I was quickly drawn to her spunk and high energy and I loved how challenging and fun her classes were. You left there exhausted but completely rejuvenated. I Loved the fact that some of us weren't in great shape and others were and we all got something beneficial out of her workouts. She makes it her goal to accommodate you if you have certain restrictions. She knows from personal experience that sometimes you just can't do certain things but it's not an excuse to do nothing, so she pushes you which is awesome! When she left the gym, I hired her as my personal trainer. I needed the accountability as well as someone who would work with me and keep me motivated. Now 2 years later I can say she has done just that and more. She is knowledgable, reliable, flexible and most of all won't let you quit on yourself.
